My wife & I shopped around quite a bit for a treadmill & decided on this one. We have been very pleased with it. If you want a treadmill that is going to feel sturdy under your feet, be prepared to spend ~$1500. Sole makes a model that is ~$1000 but it is noticeably "cheaper" than this one.
Many people have complained about the assembly process...it's not that bad. It will take some time to assemble, but take it slow & it should go pretty smooth. As others have mentioned, take special care not to pinch the wires when installing the handle covers. The handle covers are plastic, so be careful not to over tighten the screws & strip the threads. Other than that, it's pretty straight forward.
Overall, it's a great treadmill for the price. You'll be glad you got it...however, don't expect that you'll work out more just because you're buying a new treadmill :)Get more detail about Sole F80 Treadmill.
