I know other reviewers have said this but it's worth repeating. You must have help to unload and move this thing - think 2-3 strong adults. I wish amazon offered and clearly outlined some delivery options, because I would have paid extra to have it brought to the bedroom where it goes. I thought that best case I'd offer the driver some extra money to put it in the bedroom, and worst case he would put it by the front door and when my husband got home we'd open the box and carry in the pieces. Although amazon pays for the shipper to put it on a lift gate truck, ABF did NOT put it on the lift gate truck. So curbside in my case meant on the truck 5 feet above the curb. Luckily it was Good Friday and my husband and father in law were there. They "caught" the 300 lb box as the driver pushed it off the truck, otherwise the driver would have had to take it back (there was another large item he was taking back because no one was there to unload it.) But then, if he had taken it back ABF would have noticed that the forklift they used to get it on the truck had punctured the box and torn the velcro stap that holds the unit closed during shipping. Once the box came off the truck and the weight wasn't holding it closed the unit sprang open, tearing the back of the box in half and making the very large, very heavy box even larger and harder to handle. It took quite a while for 3 of us to get it standing the right way (which wasn't obvious since it was open and the parts weren't attached, so it didn't look like a treadmill) so we could get the deck back down, tie it together with the broken strap, and fit it through the doors.
From that point everything went okay. My husband put it together with little difficulty, but it did take some pushing and lifting to get everything lined up and the screws in (some extra hands were helpful with that.) It's a nice treadmill but the shipping left a lot of room for improvement.Get more detail about Sole F80 Treadmill.
