Great treadmill! Easy to set-up...I'm not engineer by any means, but set-up instructions are simple all of the tools you need to put it together are already included.
Speakers are good, of course their not gonna be Bose quality, but who buys a treadmill for the speakers? And don't worry about the fan, they're not very powerful, but if you want a cool breeze, you should be running outside.
